Yes! Medicare claims are always filed first. Once those claims have settled, we will file the remaining balance with your secondary insurance company.

Trifecta has fully licensed counselors and nurse practitioners in-network with Anthem/BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Ambetter, Medicare, Meritain, UMR, Tricare, Humana, Oscar, and Optum. To be certain the provider you wish to work with is in-network with your insurance company, please visit the provider’s page.

We file your insurance claim for you, usually the same day as your appointment.

Self-pay rates for counseling range from $90-$160 per session. Self-pay rates for new-patient medication appointments range from $295 to $335, depending on complexity. Follow-up medication appointments range from $150 to $295.

Mental health assessments are generally covered by insurance as long as your policy has mental health benefits.

Unfortunately, insurance does not cover coaching services.

Counseling services provided by a fully licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) may be covered if the clinician is in-network with your insurance carrier and if your policy has mental health benefits.
