Start with what you want help with rather than trying to choose a therapist based only on a name or credential. Our provider matcher asks a few questions about your location, payment preferences and what you’re seeking help with, then identifies providers who may be a good fit. You can review their specialties and profiles before deciding whom you’d like to contact.

You meet with your provider virtually using a computer, tablet or phone from an appropriate private location in Florida. Like in-person therapy, sessions focus on your goals, concerns and progress. The main difference is that you don’t need to travel to an office, which can make ongoing care easier to fit around work, school and family responsibilities.

Some Florida-serving Trifecta therapists accept insurance, and self-pay options are also available. Insurance networks vary by provider and plan. Current provider profiles list participating insurance companies, but coverage should always be confirmed directly for your specific plan before care begins. Use our provider matcher to narrow providers based on your payment preferences.

Yes. Trifecta offers virtual coaching for children, teens and adults who need support with ADHD-related challenges, executive-function skills, organization, planning, motivation, routines and academic performance. Gina Hester, M.Ed., ADHD-CE provides academic and executive-function coaching to Florida clients. Because coaching and psychotherapy are different services, we’ll help you determine which type of support better matches what you’re looking for.

Some Florida-serving Trifecta therapists work with couples and families in addition to individual clients. Availability varies by provider. Dusty Shandy, LPC, for example, works virtually with teens, adults, couples and families. Her areas of work include relationships, parenting, family concerns, trauma, anxiety and stress.

Yes. Trifecta has Florida-serving therapists with experience addressing trauma, PTSD and related concerns. The appropriate approach depends on your experiences, symptoms, goals and provider. You can browse our counseling services or use our provider matcher to find a therapist whose specialties align with what you’re experiencing.

Yes. Multiple Trifecta providers who serve Florida work with anxiety and related concerns. Treatment may address generalized anxiety, excessive worry, panic, social anxiety, health anxiety, intrusive thoughts, stress or anxiety connected with trauma and major life changes. Jon Hester, LCSW, for example, specializes in anxiety, OCD and trauma and is licensed in Florida and Georgia.

Yes. Some of our Florida-serving therapists work specifically with teens and young adults. Areas of support may include anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, school or college transitions, self-esteem, stress, family concerns and the transition into adulthood. For example, Brandon Massion works with Florida clients ages 13 and older, while other Florida providers serve different age groups. Use our provider matcher to find the best current fit.

Yes. Brandon Massion, LCSW, is a Florida-licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Jacksonville who provides virtual counseling to teens and adults throughout Florida. Other Trifecta providers also serve Florida virtually, so location should not limit you to a Jacksonville-based therapist.
